Remember how I said Calum has been loving the Sandlot lately? The downside to that is he's picked up new names to call people like, "L 7 Weenie" and "Crab Face" (That one kind of makes me laugh because he thinks it says crab. Haha) The upside is that he is loving baseball. He did want me to write Babe Ruth (he kept saying Big Ruth) on a few of our balls. Haha.
Kevin used his birthday money to buy Calum a little better bat and a glove. What a cute daddy he is. Calum now wants to play baseball all the time. He's actually pretty good too. It's so fun to watch him gain an interest in things. I love it.
Kevin loves it too. Calum and Kevin went to see the Boise Hawks play. Calum insisted on sitting on the top row. Haha. He was pretty pumped about the hotdog and getting to run the bases at the end of the game. They mentioned something about Jimmy John's lever the loud speaker and Calum screamed, "Jimmy Johns!?!?! What the heck?!?!?"
This is my look as of late. Oh buddy. Haha. Who knows whats all over that baby wrap. And I've been eating like its my job. Nursing makes me hungry...
Our neighbor brought us some homemade bread and jelly and I basically ate the entire loaf on my own. It was delicious. I couldn't stop myself.
Ailee likes to tackle Calum as of late. She hugs him and then drags him to the ground. It's funny. They chase each other around and then wrestle each other to the ground. Laughing their heads off the whole way. They're funny.
They jointed forces and turn on me.
Sometime Calum doesn't love Ailee's destructiveness. He kept calling her "Gazilla" (Godzilla) when they were playing trains the other day because she kept destroying everything. Haha. I had called her that a few months back and Calum apparently remember, "agh, Gazilla." He kept saying.
My niece Presley (Who's 11 months older than Ailee) is a good sport, she told her mom, "Ailee's funny, she pulls my hair out and steals my paci's. She's funny."
She is pretty funny. She always says "K" and "What?" in her awesome deep voice. She's also started saying Calum (Tal-O) which is pretty darn cute.
Here she is putting Kevin's deodorant on "Wisha Wisha Wish" and being naughty getting in Mile's swing. You tell her no and she looks at you all mischievous and does it anyway. Smiling and thinking she's funny the whole time.
These bed hogs...
Miles is just growing like a weed. He has a mild case of Thrush so I took him in to the doctor on monday to get some medicine and he weighed 9 lbs 4 oz. He's just growing away. And the kids love him, it's the cutest. They are always asking where he is, they want to give him kisses and hold him always. It's pretty fun. He is definitely loved.
Mini Calum
Thinks it's funny to whiz on everything just like his brother too... Somehow he got that pillow!
It rained this week, which was a nice change from the 100s.
Kevin went dirt biking on Saturday
Later that night we stopped by my cousin Jonathan's wedding reception. Didn't take any pics, we were pretty in and out.
On Sunday Kevin woke up bright and early and drove to Utah to go to his parents homecoming, He had fun seeing everybody and then drove home that night! Crazy man. Calum was bummed he didn't go. He'll be happy when we go down in a couple weeks.
Trying to get these two ready for church on my own. My sister was brave and took them along with her four!
It was a pretty low key sabbath. Just bumming around. My parents did stop by for a few to say hi. My kids love watching videos of themselves on my dads phone.
Playing at Mamas monday with big girl units as her swimsuit
We had to take the car in for an oil change after Kevins excursion to Utah. All of the kids fell asleep on our way home from picking it up. Pretty awesome.
We were crazy and went to Cow Appreciation day at Chik-fil-a last night. It was way busier than when we have gone in Denver. Apparently people in Boise really like free Chik-fil-a. Probably won't be doing that again, at least not with a 2 week old! Yikes! But my little herd was pretty darn cute.
