A Blessed Week

We had family in town all week since we blessed Ailee on Sunday. It was a week long party and we were spoiled rotten. Every day we did something fun. Day one we played mini golf, arcade games and ate at Casa Bonita where they had divers, pinatas, and basically a non-stop party.

Day two: We had a yummy brunch at Toast. Checked out the dinosaur hotel Grandma and Grandpa were staying at. Saw some Owls. Went swimming and watched football. Ailee met the Hancey's and her Papa for the first time today.

Calum also decided he couldn't wait so we had to make a pit stop in Petco's parking lot. Haha.
He's been pretty good about potty training this week, but he did pee in the Temple parking lot, in two cardboard boxes and off our balcony. He's still figuring out when and where it's ok to go. This might take a while...

Day 3: The whole fam got together along with some good friends. We blessed Ailee and KEvin got set apart as the Elders Quorum president. It was a good day, and we were so glad to have some many loved ones around to celebrate.

Playing with the fam.

Day four: We ate at Crave, checked out Kevin's handy work at the temple, bundled up and had a campfire at Mama and Papa's camp site :)

Day five: We hung out at home and Canned all sorts of goodies.

Day six: We made sourdough bread, did my hair and ventured to IKEA.

It was pretty eventful trying to rinse my hair in the tiny kitchen sink. I couldn't stop laughing!

Tuckered out.

Day seven: We traveled up to Dacono to check out an RV factory, ate Jimmy Johns and Texas Roadhouse.

What a week!! We had so much fun playing with our family! Calum loved teasing his grandpa's. We ate so much food I think I'm set for the next month. So sad everyone had to go home. It was a blast having everyone out here and partying all week long. We miss them tons and wished we lived closer.

A Foulger Filled Week

I have got some cute kids!
Calum is Mr. Independent and insists on doing everything on his own, including putting on his undies, so yes, they are inside out and backwards.

Ailee is getting more and more alert everyday. She likes it when you talk to her, she smiles and sometimes talks back :)

Kevin and I had our first night away from the kiddos. We went to a Counting Crows concert at beautiful Red Rocks. It was awesome. Calum and Ailee both did great and we were so glad we got to spend a night out with the Foulger's before they move.

This picture does not do it justice. It was so pretty, cool, and clear.

Michelle and I busted out some sweet dance moves.

Ailee is officially two months old and weighs 13 lbs 10 oz. I think I have to bust out her 3-6 month clothes. Haha.

The kiddos both got shots at their check ups and were tuckered out for the rest of the day. Calum put himself to bed. If you know Calum and how hard it is to put him down you would know what a miracle this was!

Two of our friends blessed their babies on Sunday and I had to teach a lesson. So basically we ran around all Sabbath Day long and the only picture I got was this one of Ailee balancing a cup on her head. Haha. But it really was such an awesome day. So glad we got to celebrate with our awesome friends.

Like I mentioned the Other Foulger's are moving :(
So we spent much of the week spending time with cute Aimsley, partying, and attempting to help out.

I say attempting because look at all these babies! Can't get much done with all these babes around. Haha

We got to help dad a work a little bit this week. Calum loves digging in the dirt with his buddies. He climbed up on the fountain and fell in right when we got there. So he ran around barefoot in the flower beds the rest of the day. He was quite the site.

We were passing by the temple on another day and stopped for  a brief visit, but we got sucked into staying and more digging :) We love Kevin's job.

We had a fun get together to send the Foulger's off in style. These cute babies loved snugglin each other. We sure will miss you Foulger's. It's been real. Good luck in the motherland!

Other random pics from the week.

Until next week. Adios.
