After our trip to Nauvoo, I hitched a ride to Utah with the Foulger's and Kevin came back to home to the daily grind. My nice mom came down to get me and take me back to Boise. It was so nice to spend the week with my family. Calum and I had lots of fun playing in the nice weather and partying with Mamma, Papa and all the cousins.
When all the cousins started to arrive Calum didn't know what to do. He stood in the corner and observed the madness for about 5 minutes, after which he decided it was safe to join in the hullabaloo!
Seriously, look at all these kids. It was kind of a mad house at times! Haha.
Calum soon learned to hold his own. Before long he was sword fighting acting just like one of the big kids.
Eva the never nude :) Haha. She's such a ham I love her!
Didn't take him long to figure out what to do with this.
Calum mastered the stairs this week. He is now an old pro.
We got to hang out with the two newest cousins Bo, and Jet. Bo is 7 months and weighs as much as Calum :) So awesome! What cuties.
Kelli was nice enough to host a backyard BBQ/movie night/sleepover!!
She had all the cousins that were old enough sleep in her backyard. I think we figured there were 14 kids in all at her house. She is a champion. Calum was bummed I made him sleep indoors with me :)
My aunt also hosted a swim day for all the great grandkids that were in town, which was most of them. It was a party. This was about when Calum lost it and was ready for a nap. He really did have fun though. Can you find the screaming baby???
We had a girls night at Cheesecake Factory. We celebrated a few birthday's and then went shopping after. It was so fun to have a night out. Thanks Dad for watching King Calum :)
Kevin is a champ. He drove to Boise all by himself to pick us up and party for a few days. Calum was glad to have his daddy back.
We made a quick trip to Garden Valley to visit Alex the great. She gave Kevin a quick lesson in Kayaking before the night was over.
What a pro!
We hung out by the River and Calum played catch with the dog :)
While I was at my friends baby shower, Kevin went swimming with the kiddos. Looks like they had a blast!
The main reason we went to Boise this particular week was because it was my grandma's 80th birthday! And the family had a big surprise party for her. It was so fun to get to be with her and celebrate her awesomeness! I love you grandma!
Aunt Muffy got a pie in the face!
Calum loved the jump house!
Maybe a little too much! Haha.
What a stud.
I got to go to Jet's blessing on Sunday to which was awesome. Kevin had to stay home and take care of Calum who had a mild fever :(
We were sad Calum was sick our last day in Boise. The good news is it was a short lived illness and he is back to his old self now. We had such a good trip. We miss everyone already and can't wait to see you again! At the same time, it is so nice to be home and not have to travel for a while!
Your little family is so dang cute! Thanks for the link to that talk- I needed a little spiritual food! =) Love you!
